For purists, the option to engage with the game exactly as it was in 2000 remains intact; every mechanic, monster, secret cow level, and labyrinthine dungeon is preserved. The challenge, depth, and satisfaction of multiplayer dungeon-crawling—whether PvP duels or cooperative play—remain untouched.
